You will be taking two tests
When it asks “What is the four (4) digit number of the school you attended for Pre-Licensing Education?”
ANSWER: 39182 , XCEL Solutions
When it asks: Are you pre-approved for testing accommodations for the test you wish to schedule?
ANSWER: Mark it “NO”
To change or cancel your testing appointment, you must call (800) 853-5448 at least 48 hours in advance or forfeit the examination fee.
As long as you are not within the 48-hour window right before the test you can reschedule to give yourself more time or if you want to take the test earlier.
There is a maximum of three attempts to retake an exam within the 90-day period.
Candidates who do not pass the examination within 90 days, or who do not pass the examination after three attempts, you must wait four weeks, and repeat the process of applying for the approval to test.
We strongly recommend booking your exam IN PERSON (although you can take it virtually). We find agents running into multiple problems when taking it virtually.
