When it asks: Are you pre-approved for testing accommodations for the test you wish to schedule?
MARK: Mark it “NO”
To change or cancel your testing appointment, you must call 800-896-2272 at least 48 hours in advance or forfeit the examination fee.
There are no limits on exam retakes.
As long as you are not within the 48-hour window right before the test you can reschedule to give yourself more time or if you want to take the test earlier.
Once you turn everything in and complete wait 2 business days and call the state Department of Insurance and confirm they have everything.
The average time to receive your license is 5-15 Business Days.
